How do I sign up?

Click "Request Access" on our homepage and fill out the application form. We'll review your submission and reach out within 1-2 business days to get you started.

How do commissions work?

When a guest scans your QR code and makes a purchase through your storefront, you earn a commission on that sale. Commission rates vary by retailer, typically ranging from 3-10% of the purchase price.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are processed monthly via Stripe Connect once they're confirmed by the retailer (usually 30-60 days after purchase). The minimum payout threshold is $100.

What's the revenue split?

Venues keep 70% or more of all affiliate commissions earned. Curadeco retains the remainder as our platform fee.

Is Curadeco free for venues?

Yes! Our Launch plan is completely free. There are no monthly fees, setup costs, or hidden charges. We only earn when you earn.

How do I purchase products?

Simply scan the QR code displayed at the venue. You'll be taken to the venue's storefront where you can browse products. Click on any product to be redirected to the retailer's website to complete your purchase.

Are prices the same as buying directly?

Yes! You'll pay the exact same price as if you went directly to the retailer's website. There are no markups or additional fees.

Is my data safe?

We take privacy seriously. We don't collect personal information from shoppers. All purchases are made directly through the retailer's website, and we never see your payment information.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Since purchases are made directly with retailers (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.), any order issues should be handled through that retailer's customer service.

What retailers do you work with?

We partner to access affiliate programs across all major retailers. We're continuously expanding our network.

How do affiliate relationships work?

Curadeco is part of major affiliate networks. When a purchase is made through our platform, we receive a commission from the retailer, which we share with the venue that curated the product.
